Your options in writing, in plain English, with the practical consequence stated first.
Transparency
Scope and fees agreed before work starts. No surprises on the invoice.
Responsiveness
You deal with the lawyer handling your matter, not a queue.
Strategic thinking
We plan the sequence — first permit, renewal, residence, citizenship — not just the next filing.
End-to-end support
From the first assessment to registrations, renewals and what comes after.
A boutique practice, deliberately.
Cross-border work rewards continuity: one lawyer who knows your immigration position, your property, your company and how they interact. We keep the client base small enough that this is possible, and structured enough that nothing depends on a single inbox.
The legal sequence of a move to Spain: choosing a route, the documents you need from abroad, what happens on arrival, and the decisions that are expensive to reverse.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients who are not yet in Spain?
Most of our clients instruct us before they arrive. Much of the preparation — route selection, documents, powers of attorney, company structure — is best done from abroad.
In which languages do you work?
English and Spanish. Written advice is delivered in the language you prefer.
How are your fees structured?
Wherever the scope allows, we quote a fixed fee agreed in writing before work starts. Transactional and litigation work is quoted by phase.
Do you advise on tax?
We identify the tax decision points in every matter and coordinate with a specialist adviser rather than presenting ourselves as tax advisers.
